Ways to Pay

On site we have three payment machines, each of which take coins or cards. Please note that card payments sometimes take a little while to be verified and sometimes the transaction fails. Please pay attention to the information on the screen and check that your ticket prints out with the times and car registration you require.

With our ANPR payment system, you need to pay for your parking BEFORE you walk out of the car park and within 10 minutes of your arrival. There is no need to return to your car to display your ticket, as your registration is recorded. Do be sure to check your ticket for errors, however, you can message us on our Contact Us form if you make a mistake, and we can usually help.

We have partnered with RingGo to enable all our customers to pay by card through their app or over the phone. We would recommend the app over calling the telephone line, and it will make it quick on arrival if you install and set your account up in advance.

Our location code for RingGo is 48044. 

To use RingGo you must first create an account, this is easiest done on their website or their apps for Android or iPhone. Once your account is set up you can easily book as you need it either by Phone on 0141 404 0000, through their website or on one of their excellent apps. Don’t forget the site code of 48044.

Please note there is a small service charge of 20p for using the RingGo service added to parking session booked. There is a 10p charge when extending an existent RingGo booking, and a 10p charge per text if you request text reminders.
