King Park do not issue PCNs. We work with a national parking management company called Civil Enforcements.

Have you submitted an appeal to them yet?

Was this within the past 24 hours?

All our prices are on our pricing page here and displayed on signs on site.

Please note there is a small convenience charge from RingGo to use that method and for their reminder service if chosen.

For any larger price enquiries such as bulk bookings or long term contracts please contact us.

Do still you want to contact us about our prices

If your appeal fails and you feel it is not correct then we are happy to also look into it before you settle the claim with them. To do so we need a copy of your PCN along with details of your stay and proof of payment.

Note that once paid they will view the PCN as accepted and there is nothing we can do. When reviewing final decisions for customers it is nearly always due to an error on their part. The most common reasons people who think they have valid parking might receive a PCN are:

  1. Entering your registration significantly incorrectly or not at all. We can help with this if contacted that day, but not retrospectively. Once a PCN is generated it is out of our hands as we do not issue them.
  2. Failure to complete your transaction on a card. We recommend all users check the printed receipt and pay attention to the instructions on screen. Card processing takes a few seconds and cards are rejected from time to time, the machine tells you if that happens, as does the ticket.
  3. Taking too long on arrival to pay, you need to pay within ten minutes of arriving.
  4. Underpaying the initial ticket, for example putting £4.90 in rather than £5. Again pay attention to the screen when using the machine and check the printed receipt matches what you intended.

We would like to point out that as the site owners we have neither a vested interest, nor any financial benefit from the PCNs issued by Civil Enforcements. We just want to get paid by customers using the car park and unfortunately without enforcement far too many people underpay or don't pay at all.

We can usually correct or sort errors if they are caught quickly enough. Please send us the following details to enable us to look into your issue:

  • Car registration
  • Approximate arrival time and date
  • Intended departure time and date
  • Proof of any existing payment (photo of ticket or screenshot on RingGo)
  • Details of what is wrong and what you intended to purchase
Please share more details about your enquiry, the size of the party and any other useful information

Please note that this is a private car park and all parking on site is charged at the same cost. We provide a number of wider bays by the machines and exit for blue badge holders. Note that the site does not have a dropped kerb at the exit.

We are located on Kings Dock Street in Liverpool L1, please click this link for directions via Google Maps. We advise using the road name in alternative Sat Nav systems as the postcode does not get you here in some of them.

This is a good location to walk to many things in central Liverpool such as:

Liverpool One, The Albert Dock, The M&S Bank Arena, The Baltic Triangle, Liverpool Cathedral, Museum of Liverpool and many more.

If you wish to know the time or distance to a particular location please click this link to bring us up on Google Maps and add your destination.

There is limited pre-booking available for site through our partners at Just Park.

This is based on their access to availability data over the past two years.

Please note that no parking is physically reserved so turning up and paying on arrival is usually the best option.

Our spaces are designed for standard cars up to a maximum length of 5.5m. There are no height restrictions to the site.

We do not permit the following vehicles:

  • Motorbikes
  • Vehicles longer than 5.5m
  • Live in vehicles of any kind

Parking these vehicles on site is against our terms of use and may result in a PCN being issued to your vehicle.
